In India, we have been granted a survey licence by Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA) vide SLA No. 72468/2008-2013 to act as Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors in Fire, Marine (Cargo & Hull), Engineering, Miscellaneous & LOP in the name of our group company namely “Geo-Chem Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd.”  The services offered in our Insurance Survey Division are as under :

MARINE (CARGO)

 Survey & assessment of various types of losses under marine insurance policies including pre-despatch survey, pre-insurance survey and loss minimization aspect whilst the cargo being discharged and/or loaded onto vessel.

 FIRE

Survey & assessment of various types of losses under fire insurance policies caused due to fire & allied perils (such as Fire, Lightening, Explosion, Implosion, Aircraft damage, Riot, Strike Malicious & Terrorism Damage, Storm, Cyclone, Typhoon, Tempest, Hurricane, Tornado, Flood & Inundation, Impact damage, Subsidence & Landslide, Bursting and/or Overflowing of water tanks/apparatus/pipes, earthquake, etc.) including pre-insurance risk inspection.

 MISCELLANEOUS

Survey & assessment of various types of losses under miscellaneous insurance policies (such as Shopkeeper’s Insurance Policy, Householder’s Insurance Policy, Burglary Insurance Policy, Money Insurance Policy, Jeweller’s Block Insurance Policy, Plate Glass Insurance Policy, Neon Sign Insurance Policy, Special Contingency Insurance Policy, etc.) including pre-insurance risk inspection.

 ENGINEERING

Survey and assessment of various types of losses under various engineering insurance policies (such as Contractor’s All Risk Insurance Policy, Erection All Risk Insurance Policy, Storage-cum-Erection Insurance Policy, Marine-cum-Erection Insurance Policy, Machinery Breakdown Insurance Policy, Contractor’s Plant & Machinery Insurance Policy, Electronic Equipment Insurance Policy, etc.) including pre-insurance risk inspection.
